Lazy and dull life not only affect our physical and daily life. It also affect our mental health. Lack of exercises are linked to our physical and mentally stress. Without regular exercise, most of chemical of body does not release which affect directly our mind and leads to sadness and anxiety.

Solution: Physical fitness

Physical fitness is not just going to gym. it also include more activities like cycling, exercise, yoga daily work, running even dancing etc.

  1. Use stairs instead of elevators.
  2. Walk or use cycle for short distance travel instead of driving.
  3. Stand or walk during calls.
  4. Do exercise on daily basis etc.

Rest and recovery and essential for our body. Our body needs rest for repair and build muscels of our body. It is essential to take enough sleep.
